     Double star was founded in 1921, is China's first national footwear factory. In 1995 through the ISO9000 quality certification, the main production of vulcanized shoes, athletics  shoes, PU injection shoes and  leather shoes with capacity  50 million pairs. We have  5000 chain stores in China.

• Production base

     By now, in the places like Qingdao Development Zone, Yimeng  Mountain  Area, Henan and  Southwest  China, etc., Doublestar  has established its Development Zone and 22 professional shoes factories, namely,HaiJiang, Luzhong, Hanhai, Henan ZhongYuan  and Dongguan doublestar ….etc.

     With over 140 production lines, Doublestar is dealing in the manufacturing of shoes in six categories, namely, vulcanized shoes, cement shoes, dressing shoes, leather shoes, injection shoes and professional shoes.

     Doublestar Industrial Center was established in 1989, which is located at the original of Jiqing  highway, closed to Qingdao international airport. It has a building area of 120 thousand square meters and more than 800 employees including 450 stitch workers. It owns 580 sewing machines. The monthly production capacity is 420  thousand pairs, and the yearly production capacity  is  5 million pairs. Doublestar Industrial Center mainly produces cementing shoes. It can produce various cementing shoes, and has gained good reputation in the world.

     As a  safety  shoes  factory ,  Doublestar  Injection  Shoe Factory is engaged in the manufacturing of various leather shoes, casual shoes, fabric shoes, professional shoes and safety shoes. It has 7 German DESMA PU Injection Machines and other 4 high-grade injection machines. 

     Complying with the highest international safety standard, i.e. European Test Standard EN 345 , and being manufactured by imported  injection machines, our safety footwear ensure the  complete reliability  of  quality  and  the stability of techniques. It was granted by the State Labor Protection Appliance Center for superb quality.
